Sons of the American Legion 

Founded in 1932, the Sons of The American Legion exists to honor the service and sacrifice of Legionnaires. Sons of the American Legion members include males of all ages whose served in the U.S. military and were eligible for membership in the American Legion.  If yourparent of grandparent at least one day of active military duty since December 7, 1941 and were honorably discharged or are still serving active military duty honorably, you are eligible for membership with The Sons of the American Legion.
